These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Easy Parking Heathrow Trading As (Parking Ops Ltd), through our website easyparkingheathrow.co.uk. By placing a booking, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be completed via our website or approved communication channels.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • Prices are based on the information you provide (dates, times, vehicle type).
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT (if applicable) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Promotional or discounted rates may apply to specific dates or booking windows.

3. Cancellations

  • Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable.
  • No-shows or unused bookings are not eligible for refunds.

4. Booking Amendments

  • Amend your booking (arrival time, vehicle info, etc.) up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.
  • Contact us by email or phone with your booking reference to request changes.
  • Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Changes made within 24 hours of service time may be declined or treated as cancellations.

5. Meet and Greet Service Process

  • Arrive at the designated meeting point at the booked time.
  • Our uniformed chauffeur will meet you at the terminal to collect your vehicle.
  • On return, call us after collecting your luggage for your car to be brought back.
  • Delays or missed calls may impact the promptness of service.

6. Vehicle Conditions and Valuables

  • Your vehicle must be roadworthy, insured, and have valid tax and MOT.
  • Remove all personal belongings and valuables before handover.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.
  • Unsafe or illegal vehicles may be refused service.

7. Liability and Insurance

  • Our drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle.
  • We are not liable for mechanical or electrical faults while in our care.
  • Any damage claims must be made before leaving the terminal on return.

8. Pricing and Charges

  • Prices vary by date, service type, and availability.
  • Oversized vehicles may incur extra charges.
  • Overstaying due to delayed return flights may result in additional fees at the daily rate.
  • All pricing is clearly displayed at the time of booking.

9. Flight Delays and Changes

  • Notify us of any flight delays or schedule changes as early as possible.
  • While we aim to accommodate such changes, we cannot guarantee it without timely notice.
  • Long delays may incur waiting fees.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service failures due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Severe weather
  • Traffic accidents or road closures
  • Airline delays or strikes
  • Airport security alerts

11. Complaints

  • Submit any complaints in writing within 7 days of your return.
  • We aim to respond within 5 working days.
  • Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in English courts.
