Is there an additional fee for the transfer to / from the airport?
No- this is a free and complimentary service, you only need pay for your parking.

What time do I have to arrive at the car park?
As a guide you should arrive at our car park at least 45 minutes before your earliest stated check in time. However it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that you arrive on time to make your flight.

What do I do on arrival?
Park in the signed "drop off area" and report to reception. Present your email confirmation (or quote your booking reference) and sign and leave your car keys at reception. Your car will remain parked on the same compound.

On your return, simply wait where you were dropped off and our free service will transfer you back to our car park. Your car will be ready for you in a bay close to reception.

What are the transfer times?
Our transfer service departs from our parking compound usually every 15 minutes. The journey time to Terminal 5 is approximately 5 minutes. The journey time to ALL other terminals is approx. 9 minutes.

What happens after I have made my booking?
You will receive an on screen confirmation, we will also send you a confirmation email, failure to receive the confirmation email has no bearing on the status of your booking.

Can I park for less than the minimum stay?
Yes - you are entitled to leave whenever you want, but we can not refund any unused stay.

How is my stay calculated?
Pre booked Parking is charged per day even if you have unused some of that day. All prices shown are in GBP and include VAT at the current rate.

Can I cancel my booking?
At least 7 days notice is required in order to cancel. A £10.00 administration charge will be levied and deducted from the refunded amount. You can email us using the contact us page to cancel your booking or by calling us on 01753 687 245.

I have a question not listed above, who do I contact?
Please email us using the contact us page or call 01753 687 245 between 7am - 10pm, 7 days a week.

My vehicle details have changed what do I do?
You can update/amend your vehicle details free of charge up to 24 hours before your parking commences, by sending us an email to our contact us page or calling us on 01753 687 245. Alternatively bring the booking voucher on the day and we will accept the change of vehicle.

What payment methods are accepted for pre booking?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta & Maestro (Switch), American Express, Diners Club, Electron and Solo.

When should I book my airport parking?
We suggest that you book as soon as you know your travel dates as this will ensure that a space is reserved for you at our cheapest available price.

How late can I make a booking?
We can accept a booking online up to 24 hours before your departure, and if we have availability you can pay on the day. But we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure a space is reserved for you.

Can I pay on the day?
Yes - subject to space being available.

If I book, does this guarantee my space at the car park?
Yes - our website will only display available parking spaces, so you can be assured when you book we have reserved your space.

What if I return later than the date on the booking?
You will need to pay for the additional days at are current daily rate on your return. If you are aware of a change in dates before you leave you should contact us on 01753 687 245 and let us know. If you are delayed on holiday you should ring us and this will limit any delay at the car park on your return.

Do I get a booking confirmation?
Yes - once you have made your booking you will receive confirmation. We will then email your booking reference number which will include full details and directions to the car park. We advise you to check these details thoroughly to ensure that we have your details recorded correctly. You will then need to take this confirmation with you to the car park.

Do I have to leave my keys?
Yes - with our Meet & Greet service you will leave your keys with our chauffeur at the airport.
Yes - when you report to the reception desk on arrival at our compound.

How safe will my car be?
Our compound has the Park Mark site certificate (which means the police have approved the site) - we have a high perimeter fencing, site patrols, 24 hour CCTV and barrier control.

Do you accept Motorbikes?
Yes - we have designated safe parking bays for bikes, please call for your cheapest quote.

What sort of vehicle can I park?
We accept most vehicles including mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers; if you book multiple spaces for the same vehicle. Please call us to discuss on 01753 687 245.
