You drive straight to the airport terminal, and you are met by a professional, friendly an insured chauffeur who will take your vehicle directly to our secure Park Mark approved compound (less than 1 mile form Terminal 5) where it will be kept until you are met at the same spot outside the terminal on your return.

Security of your car is of paramount importance. Whilst your vehicle is in our care, we have a high perimeter fencing, site patrols, 24 hour CCTV and barrier control.

Our compound has been awarded the Park Mark certificate. This award means that the car park has been vetted by the police who have certified that the site has appropriate security measures.

On your way to the airport we ask you to call us 35 minutes before your arrival at the airport, using the number on the pre paid voucher. You must call us again with 25 minutes notice, to confirm that you have returned and wish to be picked up, when our driver will bring your car directly to the passenger terminal ready for you to drive away.

Full instructions are given on the Meet & Greet pre-paid voucher sent to you when you complete your booking.

We are located less than 0.5 mile from Heathrow Terminal 5, offering great convenience and speed to and from Heathrow Airport.

Although we provide free and frequent transfers to and from Terminal 5, we are so close to T5, that you could walk to T5 in 10 minutes.

We’ve tried to make it as brief, easy to read and understand as possible. This section aims to bring important points to your attention. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
What we can do:

a) We will take all reasonable care of your vehicle for the period you have booked and paid for, starting from when you give us the keys to your vehicle.
b) We can move vehicles within our compound if we need to and at busy times we reserve the right to move vehicles to our secure overflow car park which is less than 3.9 miles from the reception compound.
c) If you park for longer than the period you have booked for, we will charge you the full daily price that applies at the time.
d) We can consider your vehicle to have been abandoned if you do not remove it at the end of your booked period. We will take all reasonable steps to contact you, but we may then make legal arrangements for its disposal to cover our costs. As a last resort this may mean selling your vehicle.

We are not responsible for the following;

a)We are not responsible for providing insurance cover for your vehicle whilst it is in our compound. We are not responsible; if you damage your vehicle, for any loss, theft or damage, to include – windscreens, wing mirrors, aerials, punctures, chip marks, minor scratches & dents, mechanical or electrical failure, or events outside our control.
b) Matters that are covered by your car, holiday or any other more specific insurance. You must look to that cover for protection in the first instance.
c) Mechanical failures, terrorism, catastrophe or criminal activity.
d) Any deterioration in the vehicle’s condition while it is with us.
e) Property left unattended in your vehicle, on our site or in courtesy vehicles and trailers.
f) Any losses caused by you not leaving enough time for transfers to the airport.
g) Delays in collecting your vehicle caused by you losing the receipts or not having some other proper authority.
h) Claims you make after leaving the site.
i) Any consequential (indirect) losses.
j) We are not responsible for any delay you may experience due to wrong information on the release form. It is your responsibility to make sure we have the correct information.

What you must do:

a) If using our meet and greet service, please make sure your car is safe and road legal.
b) Arrive in plenty of time at our compound, or if using the Meet & Greet service, hand over the keys at the terminal to our chauffeur. Ultimately it is your responsibility to find us on time and to allow enough time to get to the airport for your check-in.
As a guide you should arrive at our car park at least 45 minutes before your earliest stated check in time.
c) Let us know if you have a disability and need help.
d) On arrival at our compound, Park in the area marked drop off zone and report to reception. Present your email confirmation (or quote your booking reference) and sign and leave your car keys at reception. Your car will remain on the same compound.
On your return, simply wait where you were dropped off and our free service will collect you, usually within 15 minutes.
e) Tell us about any vehicle immobiliser, automatic security feature or modification for a disability.
f) Your belongings and luggage are your responsibility at all times, and we can take no responsibility for their safe keeping.
g) Hand the vehicle over to us in a roadworthy, safe and legal condition with full insurance.
h) Drive slowly and carefully in the car park and keep children with you.
i) The transfer driver is responsible for the safety of the vehicle. Please follow the driver’s instructions.
j) Produce a receipt or some other proper authority when you come to collect the vehicle. We can refuse to hand over the vehicle if you cannot prove that you own it.
k) We may require you to pay for an additional parking bay, should your vehicle be larger than the standard car parking bay of 4.8 m X 2.4m.
l) Pay any parking charge due if you park longer than agreed. We can refuse to hand over the vehicle if you do not pay these charges.
m) Ensure a member of our staff checks your vehicle carefully before you leave it with us.
n) Report any issues to our staff before you leave our compound.
o) When using our Meet & Greet service; it is your responsibility to contact us by phone (on the number provided on your booking reference) 35 minutes prior to your arrival at the airport and you must call us again with 25 minutes notice, to confirm that you have returned and wish to be picked up, when our driver will bring your car directly to the passenger terminal ready for you to drive away.

3. Meet and Greet
When using our Meet & Greet service; it is your responsibility to contact us by phone (on the number provided on your booking reference) 35 minutes prior to your departure and 25 minutes before your return.

4. Transfers to and from the airport:
They are free, you only pay for your parking.

5. Secure parking
At all times we will endeavour to provide your vehicle with the highest standard of security. Our compound has 24 hrs a day CCTV, security patrolled, barrier and high perimeter fencing. However for obvious reasons it is impossible for us to offer 100 % absolute guaranteed safety and we can accept no liability for any damage incurred. This does not effect your statutory rights.

6 Insurance:
In the case of our Meet & Greet service, whilst your vehicle is being driven by our chauffeur it is insured under our policy – up to a maximum value of £50,000. Whilst your vehicle is on our compound, you should rely on your vehicle insurance policy.

7. Release Form
By signing the car release form you are agreeing to our full terms and conditions.

8. Restricted vehicles:
We accept most vehicles including mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers; if you book multiple spaces for the same vehicle. We reserve the right to exclude non standard size vehicles.
